Please ensure that you provide us with a complete and valid shipping address. If your package is returned sender as un-deliverable, we will issue you a refund less the original shipping & handling charge.

Shipping & Handling costs are based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. Your shipping options will be displayed after you enter your shipping Zip Code.

Orders will typically be shipped out within 3 business days. Saturday, Sunday and major postal holidays are not business days.

You may choose between Economy Shipping and USPS Priority Mail.

USPS Priority Mail service includes tracking, up to $100 of insurance and typically is delivered within 2-3 business days from when the Post Office receives the package. Factoring in the our handling time, from order to delivery, this service typically takes 3-6 business days.

If you select the Economy Shipping option, we will select the best shipping method for your order. Often this will be through USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Ground Advantage includes tracking, up to $100 of insurance and typically is delivered within 2-5 business days. Factoring in the our handling time, from order to delivery, this service typically takes 3-8 business days. Packages going to certain places (including Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore destinations)may receive slower service. At times, we may elect to ship via UPS Ground Saver. This service has similar expected delivery times to USPS Ground Advantage.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your package's tracking number once the order has shipped.

Should your package arrived damaged, please contact us so that we can help initiate an insurance claim. Retain the damaged product and all of the packing materials as you may be required to take them to your local post office for inspection.
